We’ve created this helpful guide for our prospective couples, to bring transparency to Vermont wedding florist pricing. Below you'll find some examples of what you can expect in your budget range. Most of our couples have no idea what flowers cost, which is totally fine! That is our job to know and create something beautiful within the budget range you are trying to work within. While this is a guideline, it acts as a starting place for our first conversation.

These examples below are for a 100 person guest count. We can always create a completely custom proposal for you, all you have to do is inquire using our easy form.

The ranges below do not include delivery, on-site labor, trucking or tax. We would generally recommend you plan for an additional 20% or more of the ranges listed below to account for this.

If your budget is $3,000-5,000

This budget range will cover your essential wedding flowers. Moderately-sized, but beautiful bouquets, simple ceremony and reception flowers.

Even at this budget range, you can have all of these items listed. And remember, much of our couples are opting to put more focus on ceremony and reception flowers and less on personals.

We can certainly swap out your bridesmaids bouquets for a more lush arch piece or more impressive-looking centerpieces.

This budget range allows for a more abundant floral-design and premium blooms like garden roses, dahlias, ranunculus, etc.

At this budget range, we will need to include trucking (a way to safely transport your floral investment to the venue). We can include next-day strike/takedown for an additional charge.
