Our wedding floral pricing
In an effort to be transparent, we've provided ranges for some of our most common wedding floral work. This is not an a-la-carte menu and not inclusive of everything we do. Every quote we make is entirely custom, so pricing can vary based on type of flowers, season, size of arrangements and how much work is involved to create your designs. The best way to get a full quote is to inquire and do a discovery call with us, but this can give you an idea of what to expect.

Blooms like anthuriums, hydrangeas, peonies, dahlias, garden roses, orchids, allium, ranunculus, delphinium can be more costly.

It's important to view the delivery, labor & trucking section at the bottom and sure to account for this when working within a specific budget.

TIP: Many ceremony flowers like aisle markers, urns and baskets can be repurposed for your reception.
Personal flowers
Bridal
Bouquets
$250-$350
Only the best quality blooms are hand-selected for the bride's bouquet. Often wrapped in luxury, silk ribbon. Delivered in a logo box and in a glass vase.
Bridesmaids bouquets
$150-$250
Often a smaller version of the bride's bouquet, these contain premium focal blooms and a range of greenery. Delivered in a logo box and in a glass vase.​
Boutonnieres
& Pocket pieces
$30-$75
Either in a pinned or a pocket-square style, hardy blooms are selected and delivered in a clear hydration chamber case. Pocket pieces are pricier.
Wrist corsage
pieces
$65-$75
A modern take on a wrist corsage, ours include hardy focal blooms, greenery and textural elements mounted on a metal cuff-style bracelet.
Ceremony flowers
Corner or side arch piece
$500-$900
Floral pieces mounted to an arch. Depending on size and amount of flowers, these can range quite a bit in price. Installed on site and will require a separate labor charge.

An arch that is completely covered in greenery and flowers can vary in price depending on how floral-forward the arch is. Will require an addition to the on-site labor charge.

These crescent-style arches are placed on the ground behind where the couple will stand. Helps highlight a beautiful view! Will require a separate labor fee for on-site installation.

Priced per, these are pieces that line the aisle or can be placed at the entry to the aisle to greet guests in to the ceremony. Will require separate labor charge for on-site installation.

Baskets

These are a lovely addition to a tent entrance or ceremony. Priced per basket and includes rental of the basket piece. Excellent alternative to aisle marker.

Large urn pieces can act as the entrance to the aisle or a backdrop for the ceremony. These are priced per and include the urn rental.
Pillar style

Price per, these arrangements are meant to sit atop of a column or pillar. These are a lovely addition to a ceremony. Price includes pillar rental
Reception flowers

Beautiful, petite vases with a handful of focal blooms and greenery. Great for high-top tables, on a sweetheart, cake or gift table.

Varying in size from small ikebana-style arrangements to a more grand, lush centerpieces, these are often styled in a ceramic or metal compote.

Our signature bud vases usually have 2-3 focal blooms and a textural element. Placed in glass, pottery or metal bud vases. Priced per.
Bar
arrangements
$250-$400
A statement piece for the bar, these are generally larger than a centerpiece for impact. You can certainly choose any of these other options for the bar too.

Sweetheart table decor can vary depending on what you'd like to do! This option considers two arrangements, one smaller and one larger.
Tent
greenery

Wrapping the tent entrance with greenery or hanging it in the reception space is quite labor intensive. We price this per event but it generally starts at this price.

Delivery, Labor & Trucking
delivery
$50 per hour, roundtrip
Our standard delivery charge is based on driving distance from St. Albans, Vermont. If your event requires more than two people for set up, we need to pay those people travel fees too.

6%-7% of total
We need to add a 6% or 7% tax on your event per state law. Some areas have a 1% additional local option tax on top of the 6%. Tax is charged on all florals, trucking, labor and delivery.

labor
$50/hr PP
Generally, weddings 3-5k require two or three people on site for set up. 5k-8k would require 3-4 and 10k+ might be a team of 4-7. This will be billed in to your quote and based on estimated set up time per person.
trucking
rental
$500+/day
Most weddings over 5k will require us to rent a truck or cargo van to safely transport your flowers on site. We charge you only the rate the rental company charges us, which is a base rate of $150 plus $1.50/mile.
strike
fee
$500-$1000
If we need to return to your venue to strike or take down the event, we need an adequate amount of staff to do so. If your event requires trucking to deliver, it will also require trucking to strike. Same-day strike is pricier.
